For scratch‑free badge removal, we recommend using specialized trim‑removal tools (sold separately) to safely detach the original emblem without damaging the grille.
Installation instructions VW Emblem Golf 7
- Guide the screwdriver (3) through the opening (arrow A)
- Press the screwdriver (3) backwards (arrow B). This guides the screwdriver (3) onto the latching hook (4).
- Unlock the locking hook (4) (arrow A).
- Pull the emblem slightly forward out of the radiator grille (arrow C). The two snap-in hooks (5) will release by themselves.
- Pull the emblem up out of the radiator grille (2) (arrow D)
- Press the emblem into the radiator grille (2) until the two locking hooks (4) and (5) engage audibly. FINISHED!
