All stated delivery times are based on experience from our daily shipping operations. They represent estimated time frames and do not constitute guaranteed delivery dates. Delays may occur, especially for custom-made or non-stock items.
Orders are generally shipped on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Parcels are collected on shipping days and handed over to our logistics partners.
We ship insured and with tracking via Swiss Post, DHL, UPS or equivalent premium shipping providers.
On the day of dispatch, you will automatically receive an email with your personal tracking number, allowing you to monitor the shipment status at any time.
Delivery times mainly apply to shipping addresses within Switzerland.
Standard shipping within Switzerland is carried out via B-Post. During checkout, you may optionally select A-Post.
We also offer an optional partial shipment if your order contains items with different delivery times.
International shipments are sent insured and with tracking only. Orders shipped outside Switzerland are generally dispatched on Mondays and Fridays.
For deliveries outside Switzerland, customs duties, taxes or import fees may apply. These charges are not included in the purchase price and must be paid by the recipient.
We always aim to ship orders in a customs-optimized manner. However, duty-free delivery cannot be guaranteed.
Shipping costs consist of postage, packaging and handling and vary depending on destination, shipping method and parcel size.
All items are shipped immediately after arrival in our warehouse.
All international shipments are insured. Despite careful preparation, additional customs charges may occur in rare cases. If this happens, please inform us accordingly.
No entitlement to duty-free delivery exists.
Please complete payment within 7 business days. Production and shipping will begin after payment has been received.
Once payment has been booked, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. If no payment is received within 7 days, a payment reminder will be sent. If payment is still outstanding, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
Orders paid via credit card, TWINT, PayPal or PostFinance are generally processed immediately.
