The indicated delivery times are based on average values determined since our founding. These times are non-binding and are intended only as estimated delivery times.
Package shipping takes place on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays via Swiss Post. All packages are picked up at 5:30 PM and processed at the Swiss Post parcel center. Usually, delivery occurs on the next business day, except for Saturdays and B-Post shipments. On the evening of the shipping day, you will receive an automatically generated email with your personal tracking number, allowing you to track your shipment in real-time.
We typically ship via insured Swiss Post, DHL, Hermes, or UPS Premium, including a tracking number.
The indicated delivery times apply exclusively to customers with a delivery address in Switzerland.
Standard shipping within Switzerland is via B-Post. However, you can also choose the A-Post option in the shop. Additionally, we offer an optional partial shipment for Switzerland if your ordered items have different delivery times.
For shipments to Europe and the rest of the world, we use only insured shipping methods with a tracking number. Whenever possible, we arrange for shipments to be delivered to a German post office after customs clearance to facilitate duty-free deliveries.
Shipping costs are composed of postage and packaging and vary depending on the delivery location and shipping method.
International shipments are made only on Mondays and Fridays. For international deliveries, customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply, which are not included in the total price shown. We always try to send packages duty-free, which makes international shipping more expensive. Shipments are always insured. In rare cases, customs fees may still apply. Please inform us if this happens. Duty-free shipping cannot be guaranteed. We appreciate your understanding.
Please complete the payment within 7 business days. Your ordered items will be produced and shipped after receipt of payment. Once your payment is recorded, you will receive an email confirming that your order is being processed. After 7 days without payment receipt, a reminder will be sent. If the payment is not received, the order will be canceled.
Orders paid by credit card, PayPal, Twint, or PostFinance / E-Payment will be processed immediately.
